On International River’s Day (March 14th) – I have the honor of joining Farwa Aamer, ASPI Director of South Asia Initiatives and Li Shuo, ASPI China Climate Hub Director in conversation about water politics in the Himalayan region, with perspectives from the Salween and Mekong river basins.
